Baby Sweater Buffet Workshop - $70
Saturday, November 14th, 10a-2:30p (with 1/2 hour lunch break)
One sweater - a TON of possibilities! This "choose your own adventure" style sweater pattern uses a standard top-down raglan cardigan as the canvas for a huge variety of customizable add-ons like: stripes, solid, or contrasting color accents, a crew or shawl collar, pockets, elbow patches, and even a hood! You'll also be able to turn your sweater into a pig, bear, cat or zebra using strategic color placement and additions like ears, a tail or mane, or some duplicate stitching.
In this workshop we'll be focusing on the top-down raglan cardigan construction. We'll be able to separate the sleeves, work on knitting a sleeve, and pick up stitches for a hood and front pockets. We'll work through your plan for finishing the sweater, covering the finishing details like ears and even practicing duplicate stitch. The best part? This pattern walks you through how to get a completely different sweater every time you dig back into the pattern and after the class you'll have the confidence to be the hit of every baby shower!
