Honeycomb Mitts - $30

Saturdays, December 10th, 10a-1p & December 17th, 10-11a

We are huge fans of Tin Can Knits' patterns and these fingerless mitts are no exception.  Accented by a honeycomb cable motif, this pattern is best worked out of a warm, squishy wool yarn.  In the first class, students will learn how to cast-on with double-point needles, how to knit cables, and how to read from a chart.  During the shorter second session, we'll be knitting the thumbs and doing any finishing touches.

Prerequisites: Intermediate knitting skills (some experience with double-points)

Homework: none
